We are seeking a dynamic Manager - External Relations to join our team in Dubai. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement communication strategies to enhance external visibility and align with internal messaging.
- Manage media strategy for the Group CEO’s office, ensuring positive media portrayals and managing crises when necessary.
- Coordinate the Group CEO\'s public engagements, including speeches, seminars, and panel discussions.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with government officials, industry leaders, and policy influencers.
- Monitor and manage the Group CEO’s public image and reputation across various media platforms.
- Support the development of strategic alliances with international organizations to achieve organizational goals.
- Oversee the creation and dissemination of materials from the Group CEO’s office, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Contribute to the recruitment process and lead team development, including training and performance management.
Requirements:
Experience:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in external relations, public relations, or a related field, with at least 2 years of team management experience.
- Strong expertise in communication planning and execution.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
Skills:
- Excellent communication and media strategy management skills.
- Proven ability to build strategic relationships with key stakeholders.
- Ability to manage high-profile public engagements and portray a positive image for leadership.
