Senior Manager Legal (Emirati)
Join a leading Dubai Government entity as Senior Manager Legal! This strategic role is responsible for overseeing the development and compliance of legal policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with federal, local, and internal standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and support to management and staff on various legal issues.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.

- Manage and oversee litigation and dispute resolution processes.
- Collaborate with external legal counsel when necessary.
- Conduct legal research and stay updated on changes in legislation.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to mitigate legal risks.
- Train and educate staff on legal issues and compliance.
Requirements:
Experience:
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in Legal Legislation, including at least 2 years of experience in managing a team.
- Experience in a legal role, legislation, legal opinion, and legal support.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Legal Studies, or a related field.
Skills:
- Strong background in corporate law and managing legal matters in a corporate environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Proven track record of strategic legal management and compliance.
