Consultant Plastic Surgeon - Dubai

Key Responsibilities
* Conduct patient consultations to assess aesthetic goals and recommend suitable procedures
* Perform advanced cosmetic and reconstructive surgeries such as rhinoplasty, breast augmentation, facelifts, and liposuction
* Administer minimally invasive procedures including Botox, dermal fillers, and skin rejuvenation treatments
* Monitor patient recovery post-surgery and manage any follow-up concerns
* Maintain high standards of patient care, safety, and satisfaction
* Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in plastic and aesthetic surgery
* Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff and support ongoing team development
Job Requirements
Education:
* Medical degree from a recognized institution
* Board certification in Plastic Surgery
Experience:
* Minimum 5 years of experience as a Consultant Plastic Surgeon
* Proven expertise in both surgical and non-surgical aesthetic procedures
Skills:
* Exceptional surgical precision and aesthetic judgment
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-centered approach
* Ability to build lasting relationships with patients and team members
* Keen attention to detail and commitment to achieving the best outcomes
