Role Overview
As a Family Medicine Specialist, you will provide comprehensive medical care to patients of all age groups. You will be responsible for managing acute, chronic, and preventive health conditions, and will play a key role in expanding a loyal patient base, particularly within the Mandarin-speaking community.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide full-spectrum family medicine services across all age groups
* Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions, focusing on prevention and wellness
* Build and maintain strong relationships with patients and their families
* Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR) and comply with clinical protocols
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and utilize in-house diagnostics and referral networks
* Contribute to the growth of the clinic’s patient base through compassionate and personalized care
Requirements
Education and Experience:
* Medical degree with specialization in Family Medicine
* Minimum of 1 year post-specialization experience
* DHA license or DHA eligibility is mandatory
Skills:
* Fluent in Mandarin (required)
* Strong clinical and diagnostic capabilities
* Ability to work within a team-based care model
* Excellent communication skills and cultural awareness
