Key Responsibilities

- Provide professional courteous and safe transportation services for guests and executives ensuring an exceptional experience
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections maintain cleanliness and adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations
- Ensure vehicles are stocked with newspapers bottled water and amenities reflecting Jumeirah’s premium service standards
- Maintain an accurate vehicle logbook tracking trips maintenance schedules and fuel usage
- Assist with administrative tasks including maintaining records scanning photocopying filing and updating databases
- Support scheduling travel arrangements and event coordination as part of the administrative function
- Report any accidents vehicle damage or operational concerns promptly to the designated supervisor
- Uphold company policies and maintain professionalism when representing Jumeirah properties

Required Skills and Experience

- Valid UAE driving license with a clean driving record
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a professional driver in the UAE preferably in hospitality or corporate settings
- Strong knowledge of UAE roads traffic regulations and navigation routes in Dubai Abu Dhabi and the Northern Emirates
- Excellent time management problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing schedules
- High attention to detail in vehicle maintenance and cleanliness to meet luxury service standards
- Strong discretion and professionalism in handling confidential and executive-level assignments
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office for administrative tasks
