What Does a Front Desk Agent Do?
As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests, providing a welcoming experience while handling check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries with professionalism. Your ability to communicate in both English and German will enhance the personalized service offered to our diverse clientele.
What Are the Key Responsibilities?
- Welcome and check-in guests professionally while maintaining service standards
- Provide information on hotel facilities, amenities, and services

What Skills Are Needed for a Front Desk Agent in Ajman?
Education:
- Diploma in Hospitality or Hotel Management is an asset
Experience:
- Prior front desk or customer-facing experience preferred
- Experience in luxury hotel settings is an advantage

- Fluency in both English and German (written and spoken)
- Professional appearance with excellent interpersonal skills
