Verifies the competency and efficiency of contractors using clients' reference checks.
Checks timely-on-site availability of contractor staff in the hospital as per the contract schedule.
Submits monthly reports to the Facility Manager, addressing the following criteria:
Adherence of contractor to quality guidelines as agreed by the contractor.
Promptly responds to all work order made by end users hospital wide and assigns contractors accordingly
Monitor and submit the Quality Performance indicators as required.
Need to address the Adverse incidents such as Instances of patient complaints with regard to breach of safety, security or hospital regulations, personal hygiene or behavior, indiscipline issues and failure to follow orders or carry out duties
Directs the preparation and maintenance of such reports as are necessary to carry out the functions of the department. Prepares periodic reports for management, as necessary or requested, tracks strategic goal accomplishment.
Participates in management and company staff meetings and attends other meetings and seminars as required.
Follows standard policies and procedures as required by HAAD, JCI, ISO, OSHMS and other regulatory bodies
Participate in quality improvement initiates within the department
Responsible for the Training and Development of housekeeping staff.
Establishes an in-house training system that addresses company training needs.
