What Does a Kids Club Attendant Do?
As a Kids Club Attendant at Accor Dubai, you will be responsible for providing a safe, engaging, and fun-filled environment for children attending the hotel\'s Rixy Club or crèche. This role combines customer service, child safety, and creative programming to support Accor’s mission of delivering world-class family experiences.
What Are the Key Responsibilities?
- Liaise with the Director of Entertainment and Club Supervisor to ensure safe operations of the kids club and crèche
- Ensure all children are properly registered, including collecting relevant personal and medical history from parents
- Maintain an up-to-date inventory of toys, games, and equipment, and ensure they are clean and in working condition
- Follow daily, weekly, and monthly activity schedules as instructed
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all play and recreation areas
- Enforce club rules and regulations to maintain a safe and positive atmosphere
- Stay informed on all club timings, promotions, and events to communicate effectively with parents
- Report equipment damage or toy replacements to the Recreation Supervisor
- Engage children in interactive and age-appropriate games and creative sessions
What Skills Are Needed for a Kids Club Attendant in Dubai?
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- At least 1 year of experience in childcare or recreation, preferably within a hotel or hospitality environment
Skills:
- Passion for working with children and creating fun experiences
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of responsibility and awareness for safety
- Reliability, transparency, and strong customer service ethics
- Fluency in English; Russian language skills are a plus
