Key Accountabilities:
Oversee and coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, handling, storing, picking, and packing activities within the warehouse, ensuring quality standards are met at every turn
Maintain inventory control and accuracy by conducting regular physical counts, reconciling variances and recording data in the inventory management system
Produce regular inventory reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
Ensure efficient utilization of space by organizing and maintaining inventory and storage area
Perform general maintenance including repairs and replacement of equipment used in the warehouse
Coordinate inventory transfer with related departments
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all warehouse activities
Constantly work to improve processes and productivity of warehouse operations
Oversee all warehouse workers, create their work schedules, issue corrective actions and resolve conflicts when required
Ensure safety, cleanliness and security of warehouse at all times
Experience & Education Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics or business administration
4-5 years of experience in the logistics, warehouse or inventory field in any industry
