Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to management on all human capital matters, ensuring alignment with business strategy and HR best practices.
- Support talent acquisition, induction, and employee onboarding processes for optimal integration and productivity.
- Guide and coach managers on employee performance management, development planning, and disciplinary procedures.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a culture of performance, meritocracy, and diversity.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor law and Al-Futtaim Group HR policies throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Manage employee relations issues, ensuring fair and timely resolution while minimizing organizational risk.
- Coordinate with the Learning & Development team to implement functional and leadership development programs.
- Actively contribute to manpower planning, annual budgeting exercises, and Emiratization initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or Business Management.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an HR Generalist role, preferably with previous HR Business Partner experience.
- CIPD qualification is desirable.
- Strong communication, strategic thinking, and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Ability to influence, coach, and partner with senior stakeholders across the business.
- Hands-on experience managing employee engagement, compliance, and talent development programs.
