Human Resources Coordinator Job Vacancy in UAE Dubai
We are looking for an experienced and professional HR Coordinator to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate must be fluent in both Arabic and English, with a strong understanding of Saudi labor laws and government portals. This role will oversee various HR functions, including employee relations, documentation, and government compliance processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage HR-related tasks on government portals such as GOSI, Muqeem, Qiwa, Mudad, and HRSD
- Process visa applications, renewals, Iqama issuance, transfers, and cancellations
- Stay updated on changes in government regulations and ensure company compliance
- Maintain and update employee records as per company and legal requirements
- Prepare and issue official letters, employment contracts, and HR documentation
- Support payroll processing by providing accurate employee information and documentation
- Manage GOSI registrations, terminations, and updates
- Assist with the calculation and processing of end-of-service benefits
- Coordinate the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and managing overseas requirements
- Ensure all new hires complete necessary government processes and documentation
- Provide HR support to employees, addressing inquiries related to labor laws, company policies, and benefits
- Assist in resolving employee concerns in accordance with company procedures
- Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and company policies
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of HR experience in Saudi Arabia
- Proficiency in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with government portals such as GOSI, Muqeem, Qiwa, Mudad, and HRSD
- In-depth understanding of Saudi labor laws and regulations
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- A background in accounting is preferred
