Arab Solutions is hiring a skilled PMGM LMS Specialist to support our human capital platforms from our Doha, Qatar office. This full-time offshore role is ideal for candidates with hands-on expertise in SAP SuccessFactors or similar platforms, focusing on performance management and learning systems.

Key Responsibilities

* Configure, manage, and support PMGM (Performance & Goals Management) and LMS (Learning Management System) modules
* Collaborate with HR and IT teams to capture requirements and deploy optimized solutions
* Maintain user roles, workflows, and access rights across platforms
* Create and manage learning content, performance forms, templates, and goal libraries
* Support performance cycles, training delivery, and troubleshooting requests
* Conduct testing, manage system upgrades, and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT)
* Provide training resources and user support to enhance platform adoption
* Monitor system performance and resolve configuration or integration issues
* Work with integration teams to align PMGM/LMS with core HR and payroll systems
* Automate and deliver reports and dashboards for HR and leadership teams

Job Requirements

Education:

* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field

Experience:

* 3 to 6 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors PMGM and/or LMS
* Prior experience in global support environments and HR system implementation
* Familiarity with performance appraisal cycles, learning paths, and talent development

Skills:

* Strong configuration, testing, and documentation skills
* Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
* Understanding of eLearning formats (SCORM, xAPI) and compliance standards

Preferred:

* SAP SuccessFactors certification in PMGM or LMS
* Experience with HCM integrations and third-party learning tools
