IT Project Manager
We are seeking a talented IT Project Manager to join our team at Concentrix. The ideal candidate will be based in either Davenport, Iowa or Des Moines, Iowa, working in a hybrid office model with the flexibility to work remotely and attend the office a few days a week. In this role, you will lead large-scale enterprise projects exceeding $5M, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget while collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables to support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
- Resource Management: Lead project teams by providing direction, input, and management to project staff and resources
- Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets; ensure financial objectives are met by forecasting requirements and monitoring expenditures
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure project objectives are met
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
- Performance Monitoring: Track project performance to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8+ years in IT Project Management
- Prior experience in consulting and client-facing communications
- Experience managing large enterprise projects lasting 2-3 years or longer and more than $5M in value
- Experience in Energy Market Applications is preferred
- Proficient in Waterfall, Agile, and Agile-Hybrid project methodologies
- Extensive, hands-on experience with OPC, ADO, and MPP
- Experience as a Project Manager aligned with PMO principles
- Experience creating and managing burn down charts for development effort
- Proven ability to forecast and track defect rate and velocity
- Experience with recovery and get-to-green plans for schedule or resource impacts
- Strong skills in creating and maintaining detailed project plans broken down into features, epics, and stories, with work broken into points no larger than 40 hours
- Ability to quickly learn and utilize business risk management methodology and scoring, and reporting templates
- Experience with integrated project plans and dependencies with pitcher-catcher milestones
