We are seeking a skilled Senior Interactive Voice Response (IVR) Developer to join our team at Concentrix. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications for VoIP systems while implementing and managing SIP protocols for seamless communication. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience technology solutions and drive innovation at scale. This role requires a hybrid work schedule, with three days per week onsite in Overland Park, KS.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications for VoIP systems to enhance interactive voice response (IVR) solutions
- Implement and manage SIP protocols for VoIP communication, ensuring performance, quality, and responsiveness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features for IVR systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing software to maintain seamless functionality
- Write clean, scalable, and efficient code using Java frameworks such as Spring or Hibernate
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance team productivity
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation
- Ensure high standards of application performance, security, and maintainability
Qualifications
- Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Java Developer, specializing in IVR systems and VoIP technologies
- Strong knowledge of VoIP technologies and SIP protocols
- Experience with Java frameworks such as Spring or Hibernate
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services integration
- Proficient in SQL and database management
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Strong communication skills and ability to articulate technical concepts clearly
- Must be able to work onsite at the client location three times per week in Overland Park, KS
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
- Knowledge of additional programming languages like Python or C++
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
