Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the administration and maintenance of SAP LeanIX and other enterprise architecture tools, ensuring they are up-to-date and operational.
- Ensure consistent data accuracy by coordinating with colleagues across departments to gather necessary information on the application portfolio.
- Generate comprehensive reports and dashboards to provide insights into the application portfolio and tool usage.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations related to data management and tool usage.
- Provide training and support to users, promoting effective usage and adoption of enterprise architecture tools.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance tool usage, data management, and overall operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to manage tool updates, configurations, and troubleshooting.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor\'s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- UAE Nationality is mandatory for this role.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT, particularly in managing enterprise architecture tools.
- Proven experience in SAP LeanIX administration and certification at Practitioner Level 1/Level 2 is highly preferred.
- Strong IT literacy with knowledge of application portfolio management, cloud technologies, and digital platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with vendors and colleagues at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
