Minimum 12-15 years' experience as a cost manager working for a developer, Project/Cost management company, or a consultant.
Needs to have experience in leading a cost management team in Egypt or the MENA region.
Should have broad experience in Pre and Post contract cost management,
Good business development skills and the ability to build an efficient and strong Cost management team
Good client interface.
Must have developed Project Execution Plans to deliver outputs and managed design teams in the development of design solutions.
