Join IFZA as a Corporate Trainer and play a pivotal role in building strong, transparent relationships with Professional Partners, clients, and colleagues. This role involves collaborating with various departments, including operations, finance, marketing, and sales, to ensure clients receive accurate and up-to-date information. Under the guidance of the Academy Manager, you will identify training needs, develop training materials, deliver impactful sessions, and monitor outcomes to enhance knowledge and performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the Free Zone industry, IFZA, and associated processes.
- Oversee onboarding and training programs for new IFZA employees.
- Identify internal and external training needs and collaborate with the Academy Manager to create relevant materials.
- Plan, create, and deliver customized training sessions for Professional Partners and clients.
- Assist in developing IT training modules and deliver sessions both on-site and at client offices.
- Conduct training evaluations and needs analyses to identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain an organized database of training materials.
- Monitor employee performance post-training and implement necessary modifications.
- Work closely with Client Engagement Managers to schedule and tailor sessions based on client needs.
- Stay updated on industry changes, including processes, procedures, laws, and regulations.
- Support and mentor team members, ensuring knowledge transfer and professional development.
- Collaborate with the Academy Manager on various tasks and perform additional duties as required.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a multicultural environment.
- Deep understanding of effective teaching methodologies and training tools.
- Networking skills to build strong relationships with Professional Partners and clients.
- Industry knowledge is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with E-Learning software is a plus.
- Certifications in Sales, Marketing, Finance, Project Management, or Leadership are advantageous.
- Experience with CRM platforms.
- Valid UAE driver’s license and access to a vehicle are beneficial.
- Tertiary qualification in relevant subjects or equivalent industry experience.
- Proven experience as a teacher, corporate trainer, or in similar roles.
- Preferable experience in developing and delivering training in Sales, Finance, Marketing, Project Management, or Leadership.
