About Hyatt Place London Heathrow Airport
Hyatt Place combines style, innovation and 24/7 conveniences to create an easy to navigate experience for today's traveller. Featuring 341 bedrooms and 10 meeting spaces, offering coffee to cocktails in our 40 seater lounge and 110 seats in our Gallery Restaurant, with 24/7 In Room Dining and fitness centre. The hotel is located a short distance from Heathrow Airport and offers excellent transport links to central London.
As the General Manager you will be accountable to
Oversee the overall strategy, performance and profitability of the property: ensuring that it is operating with excellence.
Align with Hyatt's core values to maximize revenue and profit opportunities and ensure the efficient and effective management of the property asset.
With integrity and in alignment with our Leadership Expectations, lead a diverse team to build the trust of others in all interactions and cultivate a positive guest and colleague experience.
Continuously find ways to improve all areas of the property and remain flexible in rapidly changing environments.
Bring Hyatt's values to life for the benefit of colleagues, guests, customers and owners by demonstrating excellence in all aspects of the guest experience and overall performance of the hotel.
About you

Experience as a General Manager in a full service property is needed.
Previous Hyatt experience would be preferred
Strong business acumen is essential, along with a proven track record in achieving key business KPI's, such as guest service, financial targets and colleague and guest experience.
