Job Purpose
To handle parts sales to workshop, counter sales and manage warehouse efficiently.
Job Responsibilities
Handles Parts sales to workshop & counter customers.
Maintains a prospecting system to ensure additional business and contribute to the achievement of sales targets.
Raise invoices / sales slips / obtain credit authorization to ensure timely closure of the sales deal.
Advise management of loss sales / parts non-availability for management to take appropriate action.
Achieving sales targets.
Handle return spare parts as per policy.
Generate orders and upload on OEM portals based on parts movement to ensure parts availability required to maintain maximum service level.
Analyze the exception reports on critical stocks, lost sales, excess stocks etc. and take corrective action where necessary to improve parts availability and minimize stock obsolescence.
Control freight costs and Minimize emergency orders to ensure profitability.
Create article master data as and when required to ensure correct data on the system.
Oversees upkeep of warehouse and maintenance
Track shipments and coordinate with logistics for parts consignment to ensure stocks are received on time.
Arrange parts from our GCC suppliers in case of non-availability to ensure customer satisfaction.
Ensure the documentation / payment is in line as required by the principals to avoid delays in shipment.
Ensures regulatory requirements are in line for the warehouse facility.
