Overview of the role
The role will oversee and manage the development of automotive real estate projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are completed within established timelines and budgets. Responsibilities include managing project timelines, budgets, and operations, coordinating with contractors, architects, and stakeholders, ensuring compliance with regulations and quality standards, and managing project teams while preparing comprehensive status reports. You will collaborate closely with various business units, including the Automotive and Real Estate Groups, as well as finance, marketing, asset management, design, and project delivery teams.
What you will do
Develop and implement strategic plans for automotive real estate development projects aligned with the automotive strategy.
Oversee the financial aspects of automotive projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Develop comprehensive plans, outlining key milestones, timelines, and resource requirements.
Collaborate with finance, design, project management and other departments to implement development plans.
Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and other relevant parties to maximize performance.
Identify potential risks and challenges associated with automotive development projects and implement proactive risk mitigation strategies.
Provide regular and comprehensive updates to senior leadership on project status, risks, and opportunities.
Prepare and present reports to stakeholders and other relevant parties.
Required Skills to be successful
Minimum 10+ years of expertise in developing real estate assets across various sectors including commercial, retail, automotive, and industrial.
Strong leadershipa and excellent interpersonal skills.
Negotiation and networking skills and ability to lead and execute within timelines.

Bachelor’s degree/University degree in Architecture or equivalent experience
