You will work with leaders in Oracle Consulting, Technology, Development and Support focused on Oracle's Cloud products. You will manage an international team of architects and consultants.
8+ years of experience relevant to this position, including 6 years of project or direct line management experience. Demonstrated ability to follow solid project management principles and successfully manage projects of increasing complexity. Comfortable working in a matrix management environment. Strong influencing and negotiation skills to deal with internal stakeholders, customers, and vendors, or industry expertise relevant to the portfolio focus. Ability to travel as needed.

Stakeholder Management: Engage with stakeholders at all levels to gather requirements, provide updates, and manage expectations. Interact with all roles at customer - including CIO,CTO, IT Architects, technical staff, and Business representatives for all internal and external reporting.
Team Management: Lead and mentor cross-functional teams on-shore and off-shore, fostering collaboration and innovation in cloud solutions by managing all project resources, including subcontractors.
Financial Management: Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-revenue effectiveness and resource optimization.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
