About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Supervisor to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to boost brand visibility, increase occupancy rates, and drive business growth. Proficiency in both Russian and English is highly preferred, along with a strong understanding of digital marketing channels.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and Coordinate Digital Marketing Campaigns: Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of all digital marketing efforts, including paid search (PPC), social media advertising, content marketing, email campaigns, and SEO/SEM strategies.
Daily Task Supervision: Ensure that daily tasks and objectives for the marketing team (Videographer, Photographer, Social Media Manager, Graphic Designer, Web Developer, PPC Specialist, and Content Writer) are clearly defined, assigned, and completed on time.
Team Collaboration: Facilitate seamless collaboration between onshore and offshore marketing team members, ensuring alignment on goals, strategies, and deliverables.
Optimize Online Presence: Continuously enhance and manage the company's digital presence across multiple platforms, including Google, OTAs (Online Travel Agencies), social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn), and the company website.
Monitor and Analyze Performance Metrics: Track, evaluate, and report on key performance metrics (KPIs) for all campaigns, using insights from analytics tools to make data-driven decisions for improving campaign effectiveness.
Ensure Consistent Brand Messaging: Work closely with the design, sales, and operations teams to ensure unified and consistent brand messaging across all digital channels and marketing collateral.
Content Creation and Management: Oversee the creation and distribution of engaging content, including blogs, newsletters, and promotional materials, ensuring all content aligns with brand standards and business goals.
Maintain Cross-Departmental Coordination: Coordinate with other departments (such as Revenue Management, Onboarding, Listing, Sales, Customer Support, and Operations) to ensure marketing efforts align with broader company objectives and operational timelines.
Budget Management and Resource Allocation: Monitor and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources across campaigns and tools.
Innovation and Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
Team Development and Training: Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to the marketing team members to help them develop their skills and improve their overall performance.
Vendor and Agency Management: Manage relationships with external vendors or agencies for specific marketing functions, ensuring that all external efforts are aligned with company goals.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the hospitality or real estate sectors.
Fluency in Russian and English (spoken and written).
Expertise in digital marketing strategies, social media, SEO, SEM, and email marketing.
Proven experience with PPC campaigns and analytical tools (Google Ads, SEMrush, etc.).
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
