Skills & Experience Required:
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and related technologies.
Expertise in data analysis and segmentation based on key business criteria.
Hands-on experience with tools such as:
Oracle SQL and SQL Server (SRSS)
Power BI / Tableau
SAS, R, or Python for advanced analytics.
Advanced Excel skills, including data manipulation and visualization.
Experience with cloud-based data platforms and big data tools (e.g., Azure).
Non-Technical Skills:
Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex data for non-technical audiences.
Strong experience in the banking and financial services sector, particularly in the cards business and loyalty marketing strategies.
Proven success in campaign tracking and fulfillment, with an emphasis on measurable results.
Proficiency with Think Cell and MS PowerPoint for presentations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to manage and analyze large datasets within tight deadlines.
