The Global Security Operations Center is a centralized intelligence hub integrating data from cybersecurity, physical security, and geopolitical sources to provide real-time threat monitoring, analysis, and incident response support. It synthesizes information from various internal and external sources to produce actionable intelligence, helping to protect our people, operations, and reputation worldwide. The center facilitates cross-functional collaboration, shares critical information with partners, and delivers strategic insights to guide proactive decision-making and mitigate emerging risks.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Team Leadership and Supervision: Lead and manage a team of intelligence analysts, providing guidance, support, and oversight to ensure high-quality analysis and reporting.
Threat Monitoring and Analysis: Oversee the continuous monitoring of global threats, cyber incidents, and physical security risks. Ensure timely detection and escalation of critical threats to leadership.
Data Fusion and Integration: Supervise the aggregation and synthesis of intelligence from multiple streams (cybersecurity, physical security, open-source intelligence) to create comprehensive threat and risk assessments.
Incident Response Support: Act as the key point of contact during incidents, collaborating with the Regional Security Leads (RSLs) and incident response teams to provide intelligence-driven recommendations.
Information Sharing and Collaboration: Facilitate intelligence sharing and collaboration with internal departments (e.g., cybersecurity, risk management) and external entities, such as government agencies and industry groups.
Reporting and Intelligence Briefings: Ensure the delivery of timely and actionable intelligence reports, briefings, and threat assessments to senior leadership and relevant teams, providing insights into evolving threats and their potential impact.
Strategic Planning and Risk Management: Develop and implement strategies for improving the ability to detect, analyze, and respond to emerging threats. Lead risk forecasting and scenario planning to anticipate future challenges.
Technology and Tools Oversight: Manage threat intelligence platforms, analytics tools, and other relevant technologies to augment accurate and effective threat detection and reporting.
Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for the analyst team to enhance their skills and stay current with the latest intelligence techniques and tools.
Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve the Global Intelligence Management Center processes and methodologies to ensure the most effective and efficient intelligence cycle.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor\'s degree in Intelligence Studies, Security, Cybersecurity, Political Science, or a related field
5+ years of experience in intelligence analysis, threat detection, or security operations, plus at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
Strong expertise in threat intelligence platforms, data analytics, and incident response tools.
Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of analysts, ensuring high performance and collaboration.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to deliver clear, concise, and actionable intelligence to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
Strong knowledge of global security, cyber, and geopolitical threats, with the ability to forecast and plan for emerging risks.
Experience working with external partners, including law enforcement, government agencies, and industry groups.
