Responsibilities:
Conduct revenue reconciliation between Operation and Billing teams, including accruals and provisions, ensuring accurate revenue reporting.
Review and analyze personnel costs, including payroll, bonuses, and other accruals, ensuring alignment with operational activities.
Oversee and manage other P&L lines, such as travel and entertainment, operating supplies, sub-rentals, repairs and maintenance, depreciation, and inventory, ensuring accurate accruals and reporting.
Prepare and present comprehensive P&L reports, forecasts, and budgets, providing insightful commentary and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Collaborate with the General Business Manager and Operations team to enhance financial performance and drive continuous improvement.
Manage account receivables, including reviewing collectability, unbilled balances, and provisions, ensuring timely collections and optimizing DSO.
Oversee inventory management, including reconciliations, cycle counts, and consumption tracking, ensuring accurate reporting and efficient utilization.
Review and reconcile fixed assets, ensuring proper documentation and accurate depreciation charges.
Support tender/bidding processes by developing P&L models, evaluating pricing strategies, and providing financial analysis.
Drive transformation initiatives by reviewing business cases, monitoring results, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in financial operations, preferably in the Energy Oil and Gas Drilling Exploration industry.
