About the Role:

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize process improvement opportunities.
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure process efficiency and effectiveness.
Monitor and report on process performance, making recommendations for further improvements.
Lead process improvement projects from inception to completion.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Train and mentor staff on new processes and improvement methodologies.
Develop training materials and conduct workshops to promote a culture of continuous improvement.
Facilitate change management initiatives to ensure successful implementation of process improvements.
Communicate changes effectively to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging feedback and innovative thinking.

Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement methodologies is preferred.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in process improvement, business analysis, or a related role.
Proven track record of leading successful process improvement projects.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent project management abilities.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
