We are currently looking for a Regional General Adjuster Property/TPA Oversight Specialist which will be based in either of the following AzC offices: Chicago, Alpharetta, and O'Fallon. We will consider remote candidates outside located outside of the AzC offices
The Impact You Will Have:
Candidate will provide technical oversight to a TPA staff for Property claims, as well as proactively investigate, negotiate, and resolve high exposure direct Property claims, involving complex issues and/or litigation.
Some of your specific responsibilities could include:
Provide Coverage, investigative, vendor selection, and claim resolution advice to TPA adjusters on Property claims.
Handle direct Property claims including negotiating and resolving high exposure, complex claims ensuring cost effective, service orientated solutions
Review monthly TPA BDX and reconcile to internal claim system records.
Input and maintain accurate claims records for designated accounts, within appropriate AzC Claims administration systems
Manage timely production of management information reports (e.g. monthly major claims movements) and proactively identify loss trends
Ensure regular communication meetings with the MGU, the MGU's Claim staff, the TPA adjusters and underwriting to assure transparency in Program claim handling.
Ensure claims are settled in accordance with settlement guidelines
Ensure all claims handled within authority limits, and in line with AzC Claims complex procedures and guidelines.
Support acquisition of new business and retention of existing business
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key brokers and clients and other relevant stakeholders (e.g. third party adjusters)
What You Will Bring To The Role:
Minimum of 5-7 years' experience in significant understanding of Property Claims coverage and in depth experience of application in the adjustment process.
Minimum of 1-3 years' experience interacting with MGU's and TPA Oversight
Knowledge of working with BDX is a plus.
3-5 years' experience in recognized relationship building with brokers
3-5 years' experience in experience working in complex, global matrix organization.
