ROLE SUMMARY
The role of the Talent Acquisition will provide professional-level people operation services to achieving strategic business outcomes. Responsible for sourcing, assessing and supporting the onboarding process for new talent and internal talent.
Ensure the selection of top talent in the market through the assessment of capabilities, experience and potential for growth within the business.
Systemize the screening processes to ensure alignment on selecting the right candidate while ensuring the selection of suitable talent is completed within service level agreement.
Explore overseas and local markets for suitable talent and recommends reputed agents to assist in searching and selecting and negotiates terms with reasonable charges before submitting for required approvals.
