ROLE SUMMARY
Sourcing Specialist is responsible for identifying top Emirati talent and executing Emiratisation sourcing strategies to support company growth. The role involves creating talent maps, utilizing the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), building local talent networks, and conducting online hiring campaigns. The Sourcing Specialist collaborates with Talent Acquisition Business Partners (TA BPs) to support ongoing searches and critical role identification across multiple levels and regions.
ROLE PROFILE
Identify and source high-quality candidates through strategic sourcing methods, external networks, social media, and professional organizations.
Create talent maps to target and identify top Emirati talent in specific industries and regions.
Manage and update candidate data using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), tracking sourcing efforts and building talent networks.
Work closely with Talent Acquisition Business Partners (TA BPs) to understand talent needs and support both ongoing and long-term hiring efforts.
Develop and implement sourcing strategies in collaboration with the Sourcing Lead, aligning with the company's talent needs and workforce plans.
Stay informed on industry trends and ensure all sourcing activities comply with employment laws, while analyzing metrics to evaluate sourcing effectiveness.
REQUIREMENTS
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), sourcing tools, and a strong understanding of various sourcing techniques and channels.
Excellent research, data analysis, communication, collaboration, and organizational skills, with the ability to work both independently and in teams.
Has 3-4 years of proven experience in talent sourcing, preferably in a shared service or corporate environment.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related fields (preferred), with additional certifications in talent sourcing being advantageous.
