What Does a Solution Architect – Senior Manager Do?
As a Senior Manager in Quality and Risk Management, you will lead strategic solution reviews across major transformation projects at Deloitte. Your role involves independently assessing architecture, risk, delivery models, and operational frameworks, while collaborating directly with partners, engagement teams, and client executives to ensure sustainable, scalable, and secure delivery.
What Are the Key Responsibilities?
- Conduct Solution Review Boards (SRBs) and risk assessments for high-value consulting engagements
- Evaluate large-scale technology transformations in areas such as functional and application architecture, UI/UX, integration, infrastructure, and data
- Assess licensing structures, solution sizing, and delivery feasibility based on architecture and operational requirements
- Advise engagement teams on solution governance, delivery risk, effort estimation, business case alignment, and support models
- Identify risks in project plans and third-party dependencies, offering mitigation strategies
- Provide recommendations to senior leaders based on technical, commercial, and operational evaluations
- Act as a subject matter expert in digital banking and enterprise architecture for regional and global transformation projects
What Skills Are Required for This Role in Dubai?
Education:
- Undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Law, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
Experience:
- Proven experience as a solution architect or senior technology advisor in consulting or large-scale digital programs
- Expertise in digital banking systems, cloud transformation, or enterprise application architecture
- Familiarity with infrastructure sizing, licensing agreements, and vendor negotiation in complex engagements
Skills:
- Strong commercial awareness with deep understanding of engagement economics and risk management
