This role is ideal for a dynamic architectural professional with a passion for high-end real estate design and a drive for innovation through technology. You will play a pivotal role in shaping Dubai’s most prestigious projects including Burj Azizi, Monaco Mansions, and Azizi Venice.

What Does a Design Architect Do at Azizi Developments?
As a Design Architect, you will lead creative concept development, manage design workflows, and integrate cutting-edge AI and automation tools into the process. Your input will drive the architectural identity and innovation of landmark projects across Dubai.
What Are the Key Responsibilities?
- Lead concept and schematic design phases in alignment with Azizi’s brand vision and benchmarks
- Use AI tools to generate design concepts and explore automation in production workflows
- Coordinate with consultants, engineers, marketing, and construction teams for seamless project integration
- Produce and deliver feasibility studies, concept packages, approval kits, and sales/marketing visuals
- Mentor junior architects and ensure adherence to the studio’s technical and design excellence guides
- Conduct internal reviews and participate in external client presentations and workshops
- Maintain clear documentation of key design decisions and approvals
- Ensure safety in design principles are embedded at all project stages
- Stay current on global design trends, smart materials, sustainability, and emerging technologies
What Skills Are Needed for a Design Architect Role in Dubai?
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
- Minimum 6 years of experience with a strong focus on residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects
- Proven ability to deliver high-end real estate designs, master plans, and hospitality projects
Technical Proficiency:
- Advanced skills in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong understanding of local and international building codes and submission requirements
- Experience using AI for concept generation and automation workflows is a strong advantage
Soft Skills:
- Creative thinker with excellent design and visualization capabilities
- Strong project coordination, time management, and problem-solving abilities
- Leadership qualities to mentor junior team members and lead internal reviews
