As an **Infrastructure Engineer** at Dubai Holding Community Management, you will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing the infrastructure of some of Dubai’s most prestigious residential and commercial districts. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support sustainable urban planning, oversee GIS data management, and ensure compliance with local authority regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed GIS drawings and presentations to support infrastructure planning and development
- Update and maintain the GIS database, ensuring accurate master plan modifications and report generation
- Manage and archive land data, boundaries, coordinates, topography, planning details, and authority infrastructure data
- Conduct technical analyses of wet utilities and infrastructure to ensure compliance and efficiency
- Research and propose upgrades for GIS software and tools to enhance architectural drawing quality
- Coordinate updates and supply technical drawings, files, and schedules to relevant authorities and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality, DEWA, and other local authority standards for infrastructure projects
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure confidentiality of sensitive project data
- Assist in project planning and technical support for infrastructure development across DHCM-managed communities
- Collaborate with team members to review and discuss ongoing and future infrastructure projects
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in infrastructure, GIS, or related technical roles
- Proficiency in graphic and drawing software applications for architectural and civil engineering projects
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for infrastructure planning and development
- Knowledge of wet utility and infrastructure analysis to support engineering decisions
