Investment Manager
Job Overview:
The Investment Manager will be responsible for managing and updating feasibility and valuation models, ensuring accurate and timely investment reports, and contributing to the development of funding models and management KPIs. This role involves working closely with internal and external stakeholders to provide strategic financial insights that support informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead financial analysis and strategic evaluation of acquisitions, development project feasibility, valuations, and master plan feasibility for the Real Estate Group.
- Liaise with Al Futtaim Investment department and external consultants to integrate accurate project cost/revenue and market trend information into investment reporting and management processes.
- Create benchmarking tools for Revenue, OPEX, CAPEX, and Investment Yields.
- Fully own the update of feasibility files using Estate Master software and carry out ad-hoc analysis using bespoke Excel models to support commercial and business decision-making.
- Coordinate input from various stakeholders to produce feasibilities for new projects.
- Ensure compliance with processes and procedures governance, timely system updates, and accurate input maintenance.
- Manage the process of year-end valuation and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accurate valuations for nominated assets.
- Play a leading role in master plan feasibilities, capital budgets, strategic plans, funding requirements, returns analysis, and sensitivity analysis.
- Support new M&A Real Estate ventures and due diligence mandates through rigorous financial modeling, preparing feasibility analysis, market research, and due diligence.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 10+ years of proven experience in investment analysis and real estate feasibility, with a strong track record of strategic financial evaluation and decision-making within the industry.
- Working knowledge of the construction/development and real estate industry, including hospitality, commercial, retail, and residential sectors.
- Must have experience using Estate Master software and building Excel feasibility models.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, or Finance.
- Professional qualifications such as CFA, CAIA, CMA, or CFI are required.
- RICS qualification is preferred.
