The ideal candidate will conduct extensive market research, develop financial models, and prepare reports to guide strategic decision-making. Job Requirements:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate investment research, financial modeling, or market analysis.
- Strong knowledge of real estate valuation, risk assessment methodologies, and investment strategies.
