Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, addressing complaints and inspection reports in a timely manner
- Oversee customer service excellence, ensuring resident satisfaction and efficient issue resolution
- Manage and prioritize community-related complaints, coordinating with relevant departments to ensure timely resolution
- Collaborate with internal teams to address investor queries, maintenance concerns, and community communication strategies
- Ensure timely invoicing and collection of community service charges to maintain adequate operational funding
- Monitor financial compliance, including budgeting, invoicing, and collections of service charges for each account
- Develop and implement operational plans to safeguard community assets and maintain property value
- Establish and enforce policies, procedures, and controls to align community management practices with legal and regulatory requirements
- Provide Owners Association Management services in compliance with RERA regulations
- Prepare and release management reports to track community performance, financial health, and service quality
- Identify and implement initiatives to enhance customer experience and community engagement
- Lead and develop the community management team, providing guidance, performance management, and motivation to achieve departmental goals
- Foster an innovative organizational culture that encourages excellence, employee engagement, and continuous improvement
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Owners Association Management, or a related field
- Master’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience in community or property management, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Strong understanding of financial management, including budgeting, service charge collections, and financial reporting
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Strong knowledge of RERA regulations and community management best practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software
