Job Purpose
Carry out administrative tasks related to leasing and property management services across the portfolio.
Job Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the department, covering contract issuance and renewals, notices, memos, collections, customer support, etc.
Manage revenue collection and accounting.
Conduct lease reviews, abstracting, audits, and occupancy cost analysis.
Establish, update, and maintain records and a filing system (DMS) to meet management’s information needs.
Ensure compliance with internal and external (RERA, DM, and DED) approved policies, rules, and regulations to safeguard the company and customer interests.
Prepare management reports and information in a timely manner.
Utilize relevant property management systems and processes, including software, accounting, and other business infrastructure, for effective management.
Respond to complaints, concerns, occupiers, and stakeholders promptly and satisfactorily.
Maintain effective communication records with occupiers and stakeholders.
