Mechanical Inspector
Azizi Developments is seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Inspector to oversee and supervise mechanical works on construction projects. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, and industry regulations while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. The role requires expertise in mechanical inspection, site supervision, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams to facilitate smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect and supervise mechanical construction activities to ensure compliance with project drawings, specifications, and industry standards.
- Oversee the execution of integrated mechanical site works, ensuring timely completion within budget and project guidelines.
- Monitor project progress and recommend corrective actions to address any delays or issues.
- Ensure contractors have the necessary equipment and materials to facilitate smooth construction activities.
- Conduct thorough quality inspections to verify adherence to the project\'s quality policies, procedures, and agreed method statements.
- Maintain accurate logs of submitted and attended inspections, inspection requests, and related documentation.
- Collaborate with other engineering disciplines to ensure coordinated execution of construction works.
- Identify and recommend improvements to site procedures and implement necessary controls to maintain quality standards.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, environmental management procedures, and quality control measures.
- Conduct inspections for piling works, post-tension suspended slabs, precast walls, and structural steel works.
- Utilize strong structural analysis knowledge to evaluate mechanical components and overall project integrity.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor\'s degree in Mechanical Engineering (preferred) or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in mechanical inspection for BSc Degree holders and 10+ years for Diploma holders.
- Proven experience in construction site supervision and mechanical quality control.
- Strong knowledge of industry codes, mechanical system standards, and construction best practices.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and inspection reports.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities to coordinate with contractors, engineers, and project managers.
