Project Manager - ICT/ELV/AV
Are you an experienced Project Manager passionate about delivering complex ICT, ELV, and AV projects? Join Al-Futtaim Engineering & Technologies as a Project Manager where you will lead the project team to deliver end-to-end solutions from inception to completion. You will ensure project quality, productivity, efficiency, and profitability while maintaining safety and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the project execution plan, ensuring quality control and cost management for timely project completion.
- Lead and coordinate all aspects of project activities, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality performance, and cost efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet project deliverables and ensure seamless communication.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to plan and arrange necessary resources.
- Oversee installation, construction, and commissioning activities to maintain high standards of workmanship.
- Manage project budgets, including cost estimation, payment applications, certifications, and collection.
- Ensure compliance with local authorities and manufacturer\'s recommendations in engineering and design.
- Assign adequate QA/QC staff and monitor quality performance to maintain project standards.
- Enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies to ensure a safe working environment.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor\'s degree in IT, Communication, Electrical, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- PMP certification is required.
- 7 to 10 years of relevant work experience in ICT/ELV/AV project implementation, including Structured Cabling, ICT, ELV, Security, and AV systems.
- Hands-on experience in installation, commissioning, and construction activities within ICT/ELV/AV systems.
- Proficiency in ICT/ELV/AV industry standards, practices, techniques, procedures, codes, and regulations.
- Strong project management skills with proven ability to lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
- Knowledge of QS & QC processes, AutoCAD, and network implementation, installation, and troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills.
