What Does a Project Manager Do?
As a Project Manager at Azizi Developments, you will oversee all phases of project execution from planning through to delivery. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to the highest quality and safety standards.
What Are the Key Responsibilities?
- Oversee and manage site activities and resources to ensure timely project delivery
- Plan and schedule construction workflows while ensuring alignment with approved project timelines
- Allocate site personnel in coordination with the Senior Project Manager
- Maintain cost management systems throughout the project life cycle
- Ensure construction quality complies with Azizi’s standards
- Coordinate with Quantity Surveyors on monthly payments and project variations
- Enforce rigorous safety measures across all project sites
What Skills Are Needed for a Project Manager in Dubai?
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering
- Licensed by the Society of UAE Engineers (mandatory)
Experience:
- 16 to 25 years of experience in civil construction (consultancy or developer side)
Skills:
- Strong leadership and coordination abilities
- Expertise in project planning, scheduling, and resource management
- Strong understanding of UAE construction regulations and safety standards
- Familiarity with cost control, quality assurance, and technical documentation
