Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist
Azizi Developments, a leading real estate developer in Dubai, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. As we continue to expand with high-profile projects such as Burj Azizi, Monaco Mansions, and Azizi Venice, we need top-tier talent acquisition professionals to help us attract and retain the best candidates in the construction, real estate, architecture, and engineering sectors.
This role will be based at our Al Hudaiba Awards office in Dubai, where you will manage high-volume recruitment, develop strategies to enhance hiring efficiency, and ensure a seamless candidate experience. You will play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers, stakeholders, and external talent markets to support our ambitious growth plans.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, including research, requisition management, sourcing, networking, hiring manager briefings, candidate debriefs, offer negotiations, and closing
- Build and maintain effective relationships with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and workforce planning
- Ensure an outstanding candidate experience with clear, consistent, and accurate communication throughout the recruitment process
- Provide insights on external talent market trends to refine recruitment strategies and influence hiring decisions
- Track and manage candidate activity using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
- Implement diverse sourcing strategies to build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
- Deliver high-quality talent solutions while meeting key recruitment metrics related to time-to-hire and quality of hire
Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven track record of successful recruitment experience within the Middle East, preferably in construction, real estate, or technical/engineering sectors
- Experience in recruiting for architecture and design engineering roles is highly desirable
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a high sense of urgency for recruitment delivery
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and stakeholders simultaneously
- Demonstrated expertise in sourcing and full-desk recruiting strategies to proactively attract top talent
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build credibility and influence hiring decisions
