Source to Pay Associate Accountant – Accounts Payable (Cairo, Egypt)
Majid Al Futtaim Global Solutions is hiring a Source to Pay Associate Accountant in Cairo to join its expanding finance operations. This role will support accounts payable processes, ensure compliance with financial policies, and contribute to maintaining efficient vendor relationships through timely invoice processing and reconciliations.

What Does a Source to Pay Associate Accountant Do?
A Source to Pay Associate Accountant handles transactional finance operations, focusing on invoice booking, vendor payments, reconciliations, and accounts payable support. This role ensures that all processes are accurate, timely, and aligned with policy and compliance standards.
What Are the Key Responsibilities?
- Ensure timely closure of payable transactions and financial accuracy
- Maintain vendor records and ensure adherence to payment policies
- Review and process departmental payment requests in line with internal procedures
- Reconcile vendor accounts and follow up on discrepancies
- Review staff travel and expense reimbursements according to company policies
- Monitor vendor aging reports and resolve payment issues proactively
- Process invoices and goods receipts as per direction from the Process Lead
- Manage and resolve vendor inquiries or escalate to senior management when required
What Skills Are Needed for This Role in Cairo?
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (mandatory)
Experience:
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in accounts payable or finance operations
Skills:
- Strong analytical and numerical capabilities
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to meet deadlines and perform under pressure
