What Does a Talent Acquisition Lead Do?
The Talent Acquisition Lead will manage a team of 9 recruitment professionals and take ownership of hiring strategies for senior and mid-level engineering and design positions. This role plays a pivotal part in driving Azizi’s growth through strategic hiring aligned with our world-class development projects, including Burj Azizi and Azizi Venice.

- Lead full-cycle recruitment for technical roles across engineering and design teams
- Develop and execute hiring strategies aligned with business expansion and project needs
- Manage, mentor, and optimize a high-performing team of recruiters
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to align hiring goals with business strategy
- Ensure superior candidate experience and high-quality communication throughout the hiring process
- Leverage sourcing tools including job boards, social media, agencies, and networking events
- Monitor talent market trends to drive competitive and data-driven hiring decisions
- Elevate Azizi’s employer brand to attract top-tier candidates across the Gulf
What Skills Are Needed for Talent Acquisition Leaders in the UAE?
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- Proven experience leading recruitment for engineering, technical, or design functions
- Track record of managing recruiter teams in the real estate, construction, or engineering sectors in the Middle East
Key Competencies:
- Proficient in building proactive recruitment strategies and high-volume hiring
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing deadlines
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
