The Testing and Commissioning Manager is responsible for overseeing the testing and commissioning of MEP systems in large-scale construction projects. This role ensures compliance with project specifications, regulatory standards, and industry best practices while managing budgets, coordinating activities, and troubleshooting technical issues.

- Conduct thorough inspections and performance tests on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to verify functionality and safety.
- Identify and resolve technical issues during the testing phase, ensuring timely project delivery.
- Prepare detailed reports documenting testing results, compliance with industry standards, and commissioning activities.
- Train and supervise site personnel on testing and commissioning procedures, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Engage with clients and stakeholders to present findings, address concerns, and provide project updates.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to enhance testing and commissioning practices.
- Ensure all activities comply with health and safety regulations and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor\'s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in testing and commissioning of MEP systems in large-scale construction projects.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to work in high-pressure environments and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of resolving technical issues effectively.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, capable of motivating and guiding teams toward project success.
