Majid Al Futtaim Global Solutions is looking to hire a Vendor Management Procurement Manager based in Cairo, Egypt. This key role is responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement operations process, ensuring compliance, vendor coordination, purchase order efficiency, and support across all operating countries and Majid Al Futtaim OPCOs.

What Does a Vendor Management Procurement Manager Do?
The Procurement Manager oversees vendor management and procurement operations, including PR/PO reviews, CPA/BPA handling, compliance audits, and catalog maintenance. The role ensures efficient transaction processing, risk mitigation, audit readiness, and alignment with strategic procurement KPIs.
What Are the Key Responsibilities?
- Oversee purchase requisition and purchase order (PR/PO) processing and review across all business units
- Maintain centralized product and service catalogs, standard checklists, and due diligence schedules
- Support development of strategic procurement roadmaps and operational budgets
- Conduct internal audits, risk analysis, and compliance checks on procurement procedures and documentation
- Ensure timely execution of procurement transactions while adhering to SLAs and performance KPIs
- Collaborate with Finance/AP teams to resolve payment and invoice processing issues
- Manage vendor-related documentation and ensure contract and PO accuracy
- Lead action planning for audit findings and represent procurement in internal/external audit engagements
- Contribute to digitization efforts and continuous improvement of procurement systems and routines
What Skills Are Needed for a Procurement Management Role in Cairo?
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (BE/B.Tech preferred)
Experience:
- Minimum of 7 years in procurement, vendor management, or purchasing operations
- Strong background in ERP systems, e-sourcing platforms, and procurement process automation
- Hands-on experience with internal audits, compliance reporting, and catalogue/contract management
Skills:
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize in high-volume environments
- Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills
- Proficient in using procurement databases and tools
- Capable of handling vendor relations and troubleshooting procurement issues proactively
- Effective communicator with cross-functional collaboration capabilities
