Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales and maximize profitability by ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Manage daily store operations, including sales, merchandising standards, customer service, store finance, logistics, HR, health & safety, and security.
- Ensure stock availability by overseeing stock movement, liaising with buyers, and minimizing missed opportunities.
- Maintain store standards and displays in collaboration with the Regional Visual Manager to ensure effective and attractive displays.
- Supervise the deployment of resources, managing the annual sales, headcount, and expenses to achieve performance targets within approved budgets.
- Promote effective teamwork, motivate employees, and identify potential candidates for career growth.
- Implement Group & Business Administrative policies, ensuring compliance with SOPs and maintaining high operational standards.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, develop stock loss action plans, and implement corrective measures based on internal audit reports.
- Ensure safety and security standards are maintained to minimize accidents and loss for the company.
- Foster strong cooperation and teamwork with the Regional Team, Logistics Manager, and Inventory team to optimize stock availability and customer deliveries.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in retail, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong commercial acumen and result-oriented approach.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage resources effectively, optimize costs, and achieve sales targets.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain high store standards.
