Key Responsibilities

* Support store leadership in driving sales performance and profitability
* Supervise staff scheduling, training, and daily operational execution
* Deliver exceptional visual merchandising and in-store presentation
* Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues and promoting a service-first culture
* Assist with stock control, reporting, and adherence to company SOPs
* Implement store policies and procedures to maintain operational excellence
* Act as the lead decision-maker in the absence of the Store Manager
* Contribute to coaching and development of team members to build high engagement

Requirements

Education and Experience

* Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
* Minimum 3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in a retail environment

Skills

* Strong organizational and time management abilities
* Ability to communicate effectively and lead a team
* Proficient in operational planning and basic financial understanding
* Strong customer service skills and conflict resolution experience
* Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage
