Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and control stock inputs and outputs from the warehouse and stores, escalating discrepancies immediately.
- Maintain updated records of incoming and outgoing stock using both manual logs and system entries.
- Conduct weekly investigations into product shortages and perform regular stock accuracy checks.
- Segregate and manage damaged stock, ensuring timely movement and accurate documentation.
- Assist with preparing stores for marketing events and seasonal stock counts.
- Manage missing barcode reporting and work closely with brand teams to rectify unidentifiable stock.
- Support maintenance activities in stores during after-hours when necessary.
- Assist with annual business planning, track service provider invoices, and manage service agreements.
- Administer stock-related documentation and inventory adjustment processes in compliance with SOP guidelines.
- Handle DSR (Daily Sales Reconciliation), ensuring full compliance across cash, card, and other tenders.
- Monitor SAP system transactions, investigate discrepancies, and liaise with IT support to resolve issues.
- Process supplier invoices and coordinate with payment teams to ensure timely payment processing.
- Generate and maintain accurate sales and stock reports as required by management.
Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma or High School education required; supply chain or logistics qualifications are a plus.
- 3-4 years of proven experience in retail stock handling within the UAE market.
- Strong IT skills and familiarity with SAP systems.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a strong team-oriented mindset.
- High attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence.
