Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives and the annual HR plan.
- Ensure effective onboarding processes to help new employees become productive quickly.
- Develop succession plans and retention strategies for key talent and leadership positions.
- Implement training and development plans to equip employees with necessary skills.
- Provide guidance to line managers on performance management, employee relations, and organizational development.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, group policies, and disciplinary procedures.
- Act as a business partner and HR advisor to senior leadership, focusing on employee engagement and workforce optimization.
- Support business restructuring initiatives to create a lean and multi-skilled workforce.
- Provide financial reporting on employee costs and manage the HR department budget.
- Ensure adherence to HR policies, governance, and compliance with UAE labor regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of five years of HR generalist experience.
- Previous experience as an HR business partner.
- Strong knowledge of change management, talent development, compensation management, and employee relations.
- Analytical skills, financial modeling expertise, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
