Exciting opportunity to join Watsons as a Marketing Manager for Beauty! We are looking for a strategic, creative, and driven individual to lead our marketing initiatives across the GCC, driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. This role reports directly to the General Manager and is pivotal in shaping the brand\'s presence and influence in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the full marketing strategy and activation plan for Watsons Beauty across GCC markets.
- Collaborate with brand HQs to ensure alignment and seamless execution of marketing strategies and brand guidelines.
- Define campaign objectives, coordinate creative briefs, and oversee the execution of all brand activations with partner agencies.
- Manage in-store and mall activations, ensuring timely delivery of all elements.
- Coordinate promotional calendars, including Al Futtaim Blue Rewards offers.
- Manage brand budgets, ensuring all expenses are tracked and within the allocated budgets.
- Conduct quarterly competitive reviews on collections, pricing, digital activities, and other market trends.
- Regularly communicate campaign details and results within the fashion division and with brand HQs.
Digital Marketing:
- Lead paid and earned digital strategies, working with brand HQ teams, local agencies, and performance marketing teams.
- Develop regional digital campaigns, including content strategy, shoot production, and content delivery.
- Localize campaigns to resonate with GCC demographics while maintaining brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with the e-commerce team to drive traffic and brand awareness to Watsons’ websites.
- Monitor digital budgets and share performance reports with brand HQs.
Public Relations and Events:
- Oversee PR management, including influencer campaigns and gifting initiatives.
- Manage brand events, collaborating with agencies for development and execution.
- Document and share event recaps and digital impacts internally and with brand HQs.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 3-4 years in a leading Marketing Manager role, ideally within the beauty sector.
- Proven experience in Digital Marketing and Public Relations.
- Strong analytical and strategic mindset, with the ability to draw conclusions and make recommendations.
- Exceptional communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Creative, proactive, and solution-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of the competitive landscape and market trends in the beauty industry.
- Graduate degree in marketing or equivalent field.
