Responsibilities
You’ll be our representative at campus events!
You will be the primary owner of where we go with your campus – you will be invaluable in determining how we move forward and build relationships on your campus. You will then work with your Recruiting Team Lead to develop our specific comprehensive campus plan
Act as the first point of contact to students, organizations and professors to share internship and career opportunities
Participate in General Mills career fairs
Present to campus organizations and information sessions
Help coordinate on-campus interview process
Seek out additional organizations and efforts with which General Mills should be involved
Exposure
Network with corporate recruiting team members, plus Senior Leadership interaction
Organize campus recruiting social activities and volunteer events
Work with and develop relationships with the key members of your own school’s Career Center
Compensation and Timing
What kind of benefits can I expect?
Pay: $14 per hour, position is a temporary non-scheduled part-time status, hourly wage position, no additional benefits included
Timing: August 2025 – March 2026
Need food? How about breakfast and snack samples for yourself and to share! You’ll receive samples and misc. throughout the school year. (i.e. cereal, snacks)
Offer: Prove yourself as a Campus Ambassador and you’ll be given preferential consideration for General Mills Summer Internship program
